This revitalizing sugar scrub is 4 ounces. The ingredients are sugar, organic olive oil, vitamin E, and activated charcoal. 
Activated charcoal is beneficial in many ways. It is best known for removing impurities in your skin. It also helps with dark spots and acne. 
I do not recommend using this sugar scrub more than twice a week.
